• Be sure to provide a Valid Email Address
• Be sure to enter correct contact information and capitalize your information correctly. Your name should be John Doe, NOT john doe or JOHN DOE.


2. Print Out Registration form and Return to Delegation Leader/Advisor
• Option 1 - Print out email that will be sent to you after you complete online registration
• Option 2 - Fill out and print appropriate PDF form listed below
Delegates must sign on participant line AND have a Parent/Guardian sign form.
